Men Living for Christ

 

Men Living for Christ is a non-profit Christian group.  The organization was founded in Smithville, Texas on October 19, 2013.  The foundational scripture for our organization is, “Iron sharpeneth iron: So a Man Sharpeneth the Countenance of his Friends” (Proverbs 27:17).  Our mission, unite men to develop a more intimate relationship with Christ and each other. Our vision is to develop and equip disciples to have a heart for God and a passion to spread His glory in their families, in their workplaces, and in their communities. 

The following are goals for Men Living for Christ:  
 

• Develop and sustain “Discipleship” principles and practices to build-up men who are new and growing in their maturity in Christ.

• Create opportunities for large and small group interaction for developing helpful relationships between the brethren.

• Train and mentor servant leadership attributes in men.

• Provide opportunities for Christian spiritual growth and development for young men.

• Demonstrate faith, trust, and commitment to the Lord’s Word in everyday activities.

• Minister to the local community through event development, community education programs, participation, and support of outreach for the lost.

• Learn how to put God first in your life.
